The apartment, located on the third floor, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. This open space also has access to a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a single ottoman bed, a closet and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
