The apartment, located on the mezzanine floor of a historic building, opens onto a large entrance that connects all the rooms. The living area includes a living room, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a piano and a dining table, and an independent kitchen with a dining table, equipped with a microwave and an oven. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both overlooking the river, one featuring a queen-size bed, the other one with a French bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.

The accommodation also boasts a private garden with table and chairs, accessible only from the outside.
